What drives us A passion for music, a passion for creativity, and a passion for business. The Texas Music industry has grown significantly over the last decade and we want to see it blaze the path for a new type of industry that focuses on the creativity and talent of music instead of manufacturing the formula.
People Nathan "Nate" Smith is the current leader and artist manager. Mr. Smith has a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a BBA in Marketing / Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston. His passion for music emerged at a young age and he started playing drums at the age of 12. Shortly thereafter his desire for business also became evident. Early in high school Mr. Smith discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and decided to start a youth club. Although he never acquired enough funding to launch the business plan, the destiny was set. Throughout college he started several companies including a concert promotion company and focused on learning business and the music industry. Immediately upon graduating he opened a live entertainment venue in Baytown, Texas known as Chilly Willy's that experienced significant growth and featured artist performances such as Cory Morrow, Randy Rogers, Stoney LaRue, Bleu Edmondson, Aaron Watson, Walt Wilkins, Brandon Rhyder, Matt Powell, Fred Andrews of Honeybrowne, Brett Mouton, Kyle Stephens, Donny Waits, Django Walker, Mike Ethan Messick, John Evans, and many more talented artists. After turning down several growth opportunities to move the venue to Houston, Mr. Smith began consulting and project development in commercial construction. After a gruesome two year away from his core passion he has been able to return the music business and began artist management full time in 2007.
